This song is about how hypocritical, ignorant, manipulative and devious religion really is and how people claim a closed mind on the entire matter. This song is not about praising the darker powers so get that out of your mind. This is basically saying our beliefs are individual, I will not tolerate you manipulating my belief system through your fear tactics and controlling behavior. This song is a giant fuck you to the conservative assholes who ridicule peoples beliefs through a fear campaign.
